Mamelodi Sundowns defender Khuliso Mudau finally opens up about links with a European club following reports that Burnley are interested.
The South African reported that the English Premier League side is monitoring Mudau after impressing at Sundowns.

According to the defender who is currently on national duty with Bafana Bafana in Rwanda, he confirmed the rumours and that he would like to play in Europe.

Mudau has cemented his position as one of the most trusted defenders at Sundowns and has attracted interest from the European side, Burnley coached by Vincent Kompany.
“Obviously there are rumours here and there, but I’m focused on my team… my current team, Mamelodi Sundowns,” Mudau told Safa media.
“I’m very happy, to be honest, but if an opportunity like this can come, obviously I’ll take it.”

This publication reported that the latest information doing the rounds in Mzansi is that Mudau is being monitored by an EPL side, could Downs lose him?
According to a local football publication, Mudau has attracted the interest of the EPL side, Burnley and they are seriously impressed by his work rate.

Coached by Kompany, Burnley are said to be keeping tabs on the Sundowns and Bafana defender who has been consistent for coach Rulani Mokwena’s side.
The Cape Town-based outlet, Soccer Laduma reports that the former Manchester City skipper, Kompany likes Mudau and could open talks with Sundowns.
Mudau is currently the reigning DStv Premiership Defender of the Season following his stellar displays for Masandawana in the previous term.
“Khuliso Mudau is being monitored by Burnley in the Premier League. This is the player who has done very well in recent months and has been consistent,” a source tells Soccer Laduma.
Mudau reportedly impressed Burnley while on Bafana duty as they faced Ivory Coast last month where he did well as they drew 1-1 in an international friendly.
