Patriotic Front –PF- Acting President GIVEN LUBINDA has been found with a case to answer by the LUSAKA Magistrate Court.
This is in a matter where he is charged with possession of property suspected to be proceeds of crime.
Mr. LUBINDA has been put on defence.
NDOLA Senior Resident Magistrate SANDFORD NGOBOLA has set October 23, for commencement of defence in the matter
In this matter Mr. LUBINDA is facing five counts of possession of property deemed to be proceeds of crime.
It is alleged in count one that Mr. LUBINDA on April 2, 2019, possessed a house worth US$260,000 located in Lusaka’s Kingsland City deemed to be a proceed of crime.
Mr. LUBINDA was arrested in March 2022.
