They often say that you can’t put a price on experience, and Fernando Alonso and Sergio Perez proved just that with their battle for P3 in the Formula 1 Brazil Grand Prix.
Perez started the race in P9 and Alonso in P4, but as the race progressed, it became clear that these two drivers would battle it out for the final podium place. On Lap 50/71, Perez began closing in on Alonso, and on Lap 54, he was one second behind Alonso and within DRS range.
