High and low-tech ways to tackle India’s water crisis

Round 6,000 sensors are being put in throughout India to assemble knowledge on lakes, reservoirs and rivers. Any other 1,600 sensors will monitor underground water. All shall be hooked up to the cell phone community and can transmit real-time knowledge, together with water ranges and climate stipulations similar to rainfall, humidity and air power.
