Dec 2, 2021

Singer, Kelly Khumalo, has kept mum on her baby daddy’s (Jub Jub) tell-all Podcast and Chill interview that’s been trending on social media today.

The mother of two posted a video on herself singing to a gospel song on her Instagram account today.

The reality star is heard singing, Babe Ngisite, Ngiyabonga (God help me, Thank You) by Takie Ndou, in the video.

Kelly Khumalo posted this video on her IG few hours ago

Yazi lena I would do the same… Sometimes you just needs to wake up & choose happiness & peace regardless of what is being said about you #MacG | #podcastandchillwithmacg | Jub Jub | pic.twitter.com/X700LmfVEx

Images of Kelly Khumalo being abused 10 years ago also re-emerged on social media this afternoon (2 December) after Jub Jub’s interview last night.

The singer’s battered and bruised face was splashed in the tabloids years ago after she was allegedly abused by the Uyajola 9/9 TV host.

An IOL article reported that Khumalo adviced women to leave the first time a man shows signs of being abusive.

She also revealed in 2011 that Maarohanye had abused her to the point where he’d hit her when he felt she was paying too much attention to their son.

Their ‘stormy’ relationship has also led to Jub Jub reportedly having no access to his son today.

Jub Jub revealed in his interview with MacG last night that he’s tried to contact Khumalo several times so he can see his son but was unsuccessful.

Khumalo stated on her reality show, Rolling with Kelly Khumalo on e.tv that she said she was unperturbed by negative comments made by people who snub.

“I don’t regret anything I’ve done. I’ve learned to accept myself as who I am.”

“I’m defined by what I chose to do and how it inspires others and never by problems.”

When she was asked what she’s learnt from her relationship with Jub Jub, she replied:

“We were all created for love.”

“The only problem is that we think we know where love comes from but it’s much deeper than that.”

“It comes from knowing your purpose and who you are.”

“Only then will we learn to appreciate ourselves and not accept anything less given to us.”

We believe you and thank you for standing up against a rapist that was trying to demonize Kelly Khumalo while playing a victim. Not accounting for anything he’s done ever. Love and light

#macg Rape & other serious crimes by celebrities are swept under the rug in SA. Jub Jub killed children while racing high & after jail he gets a hero’s welcome & a TV gig. Kelly Khumalo says he abused her but he keeps his gigs. Now Amanda says he raped her & nothing will happen.
