A 12-year-old boy missing for a week now- have you seen him?

Police are seeking the assistance of the public in trying to locate a missing 12-year-old boy from Hilton near Bloemfontein.


According to police spokesperson Brigadier Motantsi Makhele, Clayton Alexandre Williams (12) has been missing since Sunday, 24 October 2021.

“The family alleges that Clayton left the house to buy chips at the nearby store but never returned home.”

Makhele said the family reported the boy missing on 31 October 2021.

Any member of the public who may have information that can help the police to find Clayton Alexandre Williams is requested to contact Navalsig Police Station at 051-4061200 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or submit information through My SAPS App.

Meanwhile, also in the Free State, the police at Mangaung Police Station seek assistance from the public to find a missing man, 26-year-old Zwelinzima Wayiza, from Rocklands near Bloemfontein.

According to Makhele, the man was last seen in the morning on Thursday, 28 October 2021, when he left home for work.

“Zwelinzima is employed by Cash Crusaders at Southern Centre in Fitchardtpark. When he left home, he was wearing a blue T-shirt, dark blue pair of jeans and black sneakers.”
