Mzansi was left shocked and confused after podcaster Rea Gopane made some heavy claims on his Everything SA Music platform recently. It was Gopane’s claim against Mr JazziQ that left everyone on the edge of their seats. Mr JazziQ may have responded to the claims and Gopane might need to run before the amapiano producer finds him…
REA GOPANE’S CLAIMS ABOUT MR JAZZIQ
Mr JazziQ had collaborated with Mpura and Killer Kau on a few songs and he was certainly left devastated after the amapiano stars passed away in August.
Rea Gopane claimed that Mr JazziQ “sacrificed” Mpura and Killer Kau for the “betterment” of his own career.
“Think about it… That Woza music video. It came out after everything happened. Why is Mpura and Killer Kau in the music video when they are not featured on the song?”
“The day after they died, he left. He went to Ghana.”
“I’m just saying that we are not reading in between the lines.”
MR JAZZIQ: ‘I’D START PRAYING’
Although he did not directly send a message to the 22-year-old podcaster, tweeps thought Mr JazziQ sent a stern message to Gopane.
On Tuesday 26 October the uLazi hitmaker wrote: “Sometimes you just need to run before I get to you cause when I land it’s hard still. If I were you I’d start praying.”
On Wednesday 27 October, Mar JazziQ sent out another subliminal message using Lawrence Maleka and Sindi Dlathu’s characters from The River.
HAS REA GOPANE LEARNT HIS LESSON?
In May this year, Gopane was slapped with a R500k lawsuit from Bonang Matheba after he claimed that the media personality introduced her ex-boyfriend AKA to cocaine. Gopane claimed that television presenter Scoop Makhatini told him that.
This was after Nelli Tembe fiancée plunged to her death at the Pepperclub Hotel in Cape Town on 11 April.
Some tweeps don’t think the podcaster has learnt his lesson since the ordeal.
“Rea Gopane didn’t learn anything from the Bonang issue. Now he is saying Mr JazziQ sacrificed Mpura and Killer Kau.”
